What you’ll gain from this experience
A supportive therapeutic yoga workshop for women wanting clarity, grounding, and reconnection. Throughout the day, we’ll blend somatic yoga practices that honour the body’s internal guidance with therapeutic exercises that support you in gently exploring what arises. You’re invited into a supportive space with like‑minded women — a chance to slow down, check in, and truly locate yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s asking for attention: unmet needs, crossed boundaries, and the parts of you longing to be heard. This is an opportunity to reconnect with clarity, compassion, and intention.

The day will be a blend of somatic and therapeutic exercises designed to help you recognise your needs and limits. This is specifically aimed at women who are unable to advocate or understand their needs due to carrying the mental load.
