What you will need to bring

A supportive therapeutic yoga workshop for women wanting clarity, grounding, and reconnection. Throughout the day, we’ll blend somatic yoga practices that honour the body’s internal guidance with therapeutic exercises that support you in gently exploring what arises. You’re invited into a supportive space with like‑minded women — a chance to slow down, check in, and truly locate yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s asking for attention: unmet needs, crossed boundaries, and the parts of you longing to be heard. This is an opportunity to reconnect with clarity, compassion, and intention.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid. There will be comfort breaks throughout the day and a delicious vegetarian lunch with savoury and salad options, as well as some yummy cakes.

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

Led by Caitlin Faye Self, a qualified Yoga Instructor, and Ruby Slack, a qualified Therapist—two women passionate about empowering and supporting other women

Our workshop prioritises comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and engage in the way you are comfortable with.

A clearer understanding of where you are right now — emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Insight into your unmet needs and what’s asking for attention.

Greater awareness of your limits and boundaries — and where they may have been crossed.

Guided written reflections to help you name and understand your inner experience.

Somatic tools and practices that you can use beyond the workshop to reconnect with yourself.

A sense of community and support from spending the day with like‑minded women.

  • A Journal/Notebook and pen

  • Comfortable clothes and layers in case you get hot/cold

  • Water bottle

  • All Yoga equipment is provdied, including mat and blanket

Itinerary

You Are Here

The day will be a blend of somatic and therapeutic exercises designed to help you recognise your needs and limits. This is specifically aimed at women who are unable to advocate or understand their needs due to carrying the mental load. The day will start at 9am and finish by 3pm.
